(1) जब कोई कलाकार मुम्बई या भारत के किसी भी हिस्से में television या movie की शूटिंग करता हैं तब सेट पर उसकी जेब मे आर्टिस्ट कार्ड होना आवश्यक हैं। यह आर्टिस्ट कार्ड भारत सरकार के द्वारा प्रमाणित एसोसिएशन के द्वारा जारी किया जाता हैं। आर्टिस्ट कार्ड जारी करने वाली ये संस्थाएं भारत सरकार/राज्य सरकार के श्रमिक संघ अधिनियम 1926 (INDIAN TRADE UNION ACT 1926 ) के अंतर्गत संचालित होते हैं।
